COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
In order to ensure the safety of our customers and our Sales Consultants, plexi-glass screens have been installed at each Sales Consultant's desk. All doors will be locked, and all visits to the Dealership are by appointment only. Sales Consultants are not permitted to accompany their customers on any road tests, and all customers will be asked to complete a COVID-19 Assessment questionnaire, prior to entry.
When you bring your vehicle into our Service Department, it is automatically disinfected in the Drive-Thru, prior to having any work done. In order to minimize the close contact between our customers and our Shuttle Driver, our complimentary Shuttle Service has been temporarily suspended. Our Shuttle Service will resume as soon as it is deemed to be safe. Finally. plexiglass shields have been installed between each chair in our customer lounge.
The Parts Department will be operating by phone and curbside pick up only. If you would like to order a Part, please call our Parts Department. Once you have arrived to pick up your Part, we ask that you park on the west side of the Dealership (Holiday Ford side). Parts Department customers are not permitted to enter the Dealership at this point.
In order to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, all high traffic touchpoint are regularly sanitized and disinfected; all vehicles are disinfected; and all employees are tested daily using a forehead thermometer.
Layout for Sales Appointments
Once you arrive at your designated appointment time, please either call the Dealership, or contact your Sales Consultant to let them know that you have arrived. Your Sales Consultant will unlock the front door for you, and you will be asked to sanitize your hands at the sanitation station at the front entrance. Once you have sanitized your hands, your Sales Consultant will ask you to fill out the COVID-19 questionnaire. Finally, you will be directed to your Sales Consultant's desk, where you will proceed with your appointment. When the time comes to test drive a vehicle, your Sales Consultant will bring the vehicle to the front door (the vehicle will have been sanitized prior to your appointment). After the vehicle has been test driven, and a deal has been made, you will be directed to the Business Manager's office.
